1. Who we are

Vector Homes Limited ("Vector Homes", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through vectorhomes.co.uk. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16149942, with our registered office at 84 North Western Street, Manchester, M12 6DY. 2. What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, role, work email address, phone number, a site address or postcode if you give one, the size of the scheme, your message and your consent. If you email or call us, we hold the details you give us in that correspondence. We do not collect personal data through analytics or advertising tools on this website.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a 30-minute call, to prepare a Viability Sprint commission or a written fee proposal, and to carry out any appointment that follows. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent, which you give when you submit the form and can withdraw at any time, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from organisations about our professional services. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

4. Who we share it with

Your details are shared only with the service providers we use to run our website, email and file storage, each under a data protection agreement that limits what they may do with the data. We never sell personal data. If you appoint us, the information needed to carry out the appointment is shared with the members of your design team as the appointment requires.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 12 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted, unless an appointment follows or the law requires us to keep them for longer. Records relating to an appointment are kept for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form and to withdraw your consent at any time. 7. Cookies

This website does not set analytics or marketing cookies. If a cookie is set, it is strictly necessary for the site to function and is not used to identify you.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
