Why commission it
Why 1
A no in ten days costs less than a maybe over a year.
Rule sites in or out before design fees start.
Why 2
Fewer late surprises.
Ground, access, utilities and layout checked first.
Why 3
An independent view for your board.
No stake in the land, no obligation to appoint us.
Before you commission
What should I have ready?
The site address and anything you hold: ownership, previous applications, utilities, trees, flood risk, ground. Incomplete is fine.
Can you look at several sites at once?
Yes. Sprints run together and come back as a ranked view.
What if the site does not work?
We say so, in writing, and explain why.
Free for housing associations and councils; £1,950 + VAT per site for private developers. Ten working days from receipt of your information. A desktop exercise; surveys and site investigation excluded. For private developers it is a single fixed-fee professional service. No commitment to appoint us further. The Sprint is the first line of our published fees: Read our fees.
